Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings elaborated e-program, allowing the users to receive full information about voting day procedures and working of the precinct election commission and check received knowledge via testing program. The program aims to support development of election environment and it is available for the election subjects, as well as for other interested individuals.

Presentation of the educational program was held in Central Election Commission of Georgia by the initiative of the CEC of Georgia and with the support of International Republican Institute (IRI), which was attended by the political parties and representatives of media.
