The certification exams for the Precinct Election Commission (PEC) head officials has been completed.

Exam centers opened in 33 municipalities served the citizens. Those wishing to take the exam had the opportunity to choose an exam center operating in one of the listed municipalities: Tbilisi (4 exam centres), Gurjaani, Sighnagi, Telavi, Rustavi, Bolnisi, Tetritskharo, Mtskheta, Dusheti, Gori, Borjomi, Akhaltsikhe, Sachkhere, Zestaphoni, Baghdati, Tkibuli, Tskhaltubo, Kutaisi, Ambrolauri, Tsageri, Senaki, Zugdidi, Khobi, Poti, Mestia, Ozurgeti, Batumi, Kobuleti, Daba Shuakhevi, Khulo.

Out of a total of 5732 citizens registered for the exam, 4532 examinees appeared in the exam centers. According to the results of passing the exam, 4445 persons received the certificate of PEC members (3618-women; 827-man). In the period of April 11-19 of this year, the Center for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training conducted the certification exams for the Precinct Election Commission head officials in cooperation with the Central Election Commission of Georgia.
