Under the auspices of the Central Election Commission of Georgia, in cooperation with the Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings and the UNDP project “Credible and Sustainable Electoral Institutions and Processes” worked out adapted e-learning program for observers and other interested persons for the By-Elections of the Parliament of Georgia 2013.

Course includes delivering of information via e-form, by using visual and schematic effects for double checking of involvement in studying process and quality of received information; e-learning shall be conducted via intensive usage of interactive approaches (by the end of each module, relevant questionnaire will be provided. The one who answers correctly will pas to the next module.), which is very effective for successful results.
