On 23-26 June of 2012, Central Election Commission of Georgia, Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings, Konrad Adenauer Foundation and “DW” Academy shall hold training for media representatives on “Election Coverage” .

15 participants were selected on the competitive basis:

5. Laura Gogoladze – “Chemi Kharagauli”, Kharagauli;

6. Sophio Datishvili – “Rustavi 2”, Tbilisi;

7. Roman Khevxishvili – “Palitramedia”, Kakheti;

8. Ekaterine Alphaidze - Free journalist;

9. Edita Badasiani – “Radio Tavisufleba”, Tbilisi;

10. Beqa Gabadadze – Radio “Utsnobi”, Tbilisi;

11. Tamar Iluridze - Free journalist;

12. Nino Kheladze -  TV “Imedi”, Tbilisi;

13. Nana Kalandadze – TV “Mir”, Tbilisi;

14. Irina Aliashvili – “Palitra TV”, Tbilisi;

15. Giorgi Girkelidze - “Guria News” and “Rezonansi”,  Ozurgeti 

 

Center trainers will conduct the training with the Academy Experts Eberhard Zuker and Utah Fom Hopfe. Participants shall acquaint with and share experience of the experts. Training participants will be allowed to introduce with tools and methods of political communication during election campaign, to receive experience in preparation of press-releases, written applications, election publications, press conference analysis.
