In April 20, 12:00 O’clock, at the training hall of the Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings will be held seminar for DEC Chairmen and lawyers organized by Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings, UNDP and IFES.
