The CEC Training Center has developed the distant training program for the October 21, 2017 Municipal Elections. The program, aimed at informing electoral stakeholders and enhancing their electoral awareness, enables interested individuals to learn about polling day procedures and rules of operation of precinct election commissions. The program includes test assignments to serve as an additional resource for verifying gained knowledge.
