Title: Training for the representatives of local authorities and regional administrations

Goal: Informing participants about the role of local authorities in the electoral processes and the prohibition of the use of administrative resources for the October 21, 2017 Elections

Target group: civil servants

Training modules:  The role of municipal bodies in the electoral processes; credibility of elections and the role of civil servnats (restrictions applicable to those employed in the civil service); prohibition of the use of official status; prohibition of the use of administrative resources; prohibition of the use of budget funds.

Implementation period:  August 29-September 9, 2017

Implementation place: Bolnisi, Telavi, Tbilisi, Borjomi, Kutaisi, Senaki, Batumi

Statistics: 8 training sessions have been held, 95 participants took the training, among them – women – 57, men - 38
