From June 20, 2017, certification exams for the election administration officers will be launched. To ensure publicity of the exam process, representatives of accredited local NGO and international organizations will be admitted as observers.

For accreditation, interested organizations should apply (the application form is available in Georgian) to the Training Center Certification Exam Secretariat from May 30 through June 12, 2017, at the address: 13th km. Davit Aghmashenebeli Ave. Tbilisi (from 10:00 to 18:00, except for weekends).

No more than three observers will be admitted to an exam hall (just one observer from the same organization will be allowed to an exam hall, save the case when just a single organization undergoes accreditation). Depending on the number of accredited observers, on March 16, 2017, casting lots may be held in order to determine the sequence of the admission of observers into the exam hall.
